New Ductless Units Have Comfort Covered!

DLCSRB and DLFSHB Single-Zone Ductless Models
Provide Great Efficiency, Energy Savings and Comfort Control

According to Energy.gov, there are several advantages to installing a ductless system: "Ductless mini splits can provide cooling as well as heating. They are highly efficient, work in all climate zones, and can be an affordable alternative to installing a ducted system."1

The new Heil® DLCSRB and DLFSHB single-zone ductless models offer these benefits and more. With great efficiency, high energy savings and accurate temperature control in extreme outdoor conditions, the DLCSRB and DLFSHB units have comfort covered!

DLCSRB Single-Zone Outdoor Heat Pump
How does the DLCSRB single-zone outdoor heat pump have comfort covered? Let's look at the benefits for you and your customers:

Great Efficiency
The DLCSRB features cooling efficiencies up to 25.5 SEER and heating efficiencies up to 12.7 HSPF. Refer to the chart below to see how this new model compares with the previous DLCSRA outdoor heat pump. The DLCSRA unit was recently phased out. The DLCSRB is the replacement model.

DLCSRA / DLCSRB Efficiency Ratings

High Energy Savings
Heil® ductless systems utilize inverter technology for superior innovation, energy savings and comfort control. Traditional HVAC compressors can waste energy because they turn on and run at 100% capacity until the temperature set point is reached, then they turn off.

Heil® inverter technology features a variable-speed compressor that slowly ramps up and automatically adjusts the running speed of the ductless equipment to maintain the desired temperature. That way, a Heil® ductless unit runs smoothly and quietly at a fraction of capacity, which can provide significant energy savings for your customers.

Accurate Temperature Control in Extreme Outdoor Conditions
These
Heil® ductless models have a broad temperature range allowing for customized comfort. Select units can provide heating during frigid temperatures as low as -22° F (-30° C) and cooling even when temperatures reach as high as 130° F (55° C).

Wide Range of Capacities
This outdoor heat pump is available in 09k / 12k / 18k / 24k sizes in the 208/230V and 12k in the 115V. Select systems are ENERGY STAR
®-certified, based on unit pairing.2 The 30k / 36k sizes will be released later this year.

Compatibility
The DLCSRB is compatible with the DLFSHB high wall unit (introduced below), the DLFSCA cassette, the DLFSDA ducted unit, the DLFSFA console and the DLFSAA multi-position air handler (24k). The DLCSRB outdoor heat pump is also reverse-compatible with the DLFSHA high wall unit.

Customized Comfort
The
Heil® DLFSHB high wall unit has five modes: cool, heat, dry, fan and auto, so customers can easily program home comfort settings to their needs and budget. It also has four fan speeds, including Turbo mode, where the fan operates at maximum speed to cool or heat a room quickly.

High Energy Savings
The DLFSHB unit features ECO mode, an innovative program that runs the compressor at a slower rate to reduce energy consumption at night while you're sleeping. ECO mode can help your customers conserve energy and potentially save money on heating and cooling costs.
